Welcome to OmniQuest

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OmniQuest Discord bot and white-label game (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01. Eligibility

You must be 13+ to use OmniQuest and the legal age of majority to use wallet features.

  • ▸ Using wallet/token features may require you to be 18+ or the legal age in your jurisdiction
  • ▸ By using the Service, you represent you meet these requirements

02. Description of the Service

"RPG-style gameplay, wallet verification, NFT syncing, loot, raids, and marketplace flows."

OmniQuest integrates with Discord, blockchain networks, and third-party APIs. Features may evolve or be discontinued at any time.

03. Wallets, Tokens & On-Chain Activity

  • 🔒 You are solely responsible for your wallet security (private keys/seed phrases are never requested by us)
  • ⛽ Network fees, chain congestion, and confirmations are outside our control
  • 🪙 In-game currencies (e.g., $JUNK) are utility items, not securities or investment products

04. Rules of Conduct

  • ▸ Do not exploit bugs, cheat, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • ▸ No harassment, threats, or impersonation of staff
  • ▸ Obey applicable laws; illegal use is prohibited

05. Intellectual Property & Licenses

All OmniQuest code, lore, designs, and assets are owned by Chris Nwasike (aka Chris D'Builder). White-label licensees receive limited rights as defined by their separate agreements.

06. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • ▸ We are not responsible for loss of digital assets due to user error, wallet compromise, smart-contract bugs, or chain issues
  • ▸ Discord outages or third-party API failures may impact availability

07. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for OmniQuest premium features in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

08. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You can stop using the Service at any time.
